YOGA & MEDITATION WORKSHOPS with Florian Palzinsky
Florian\'s sessions offer a unique combination of meditation and yoga, alignment and awareness, breathing exercises and inner stillness.
Florian has been practicing meditation for more than 20 years. During his 12 years as a Buddhist monk he lived with meditation masters and in remote jungles of Sri Lanka.
His yoga teaching style is dynamic and precise, based on the tradition of BKS Iyengar, and offers a mindful, challenging and alignment-based approach. He recognises that yoga postures are one only aspect of the mind-body balance, so classical and unconventional asanas are always interwoven with pranayama (yogic breathing) and especially meditation.
Florian’s approach is compassionate, enthusiastic and light hearted, taking care of every student’s needs and abilities. His aim is to inspire you to self-practice and, more importantly, discover that your day-to-day life beyond the yoga-mat and the meditation-cushion can be more consciously experienced.

SUNDAY LANDMARK WORKSHOPS
Ideal for students with some experience, the Sunday workshops encourage a deeper exploration of yoga. Each session works around a theme, for example: opening the heart; releasing restrictions; developing inner stability; movement principles in backbends; preparing for inversions.

These workshops introduce the core principles of yoga practice – breath, awareness, stability, alignment, relaxation. Run regularly throughout the year, they are suitable for complete beginners or those who want to brush up on their basics.

SUNDAY AFTERNOON RESTORATIVE WORKSHOPS
Restorative yoga encourages us to connect with a sense of natural ease and deep relaxation. Supported by various props, the yoga postures require no physical effort and become deeply rejuvenating. This practice restores the nervous system, greatly reducing stress and encouraging a healthy balance of activity and rest, movement and stillness.
Suitable for all levels of ability.
